When SOFTIQ set up some years ago, no one expected that we would achieve so much in such a short time, and the number of employees would increase to nearly a hundred so fast. Maybe in the bosses’ heads there was a possibility, but (looking from the sidelines) one would think that it was just a fantasy. As it is, it turned out to be not just dreams, but successfully implemented plans. From winning those first few tenders, the business and the team grew rapidly with each success and we expanded further with a new office to support our growing skills and capabilities.
Due to the huge work put into our projects, we can talk about many successes that not only motivate us to continually try harder, but have also resulted in growing numbers of clients turning to Softiq for help with their projects. This is why we are expanding our team, always looking for the best specialists. We have recruited many new colleagues over the past few months and – believe me – this is not the end!

It is often said – no one knows what the future will bring. We know. The next year will be filled with challenges, new clients and new, interesting projects.
